Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director of Operations at Rosy Rings, Inc. since April 2017, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership in various roles within the organization. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Operations Director at CURiO Brands for a short tenure and served as Operations Director and Production Manager at DPM Fragrance from March 2012 to January 2017. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry, graduating in 2012.

Founded in 1995, Shannon Cumberland started this company in her tiny duplex kitchen. Rosy Rings currently resides in a 30,000 square foot factory located in central Denver. The line is sold internationally and has been featured in Fortnum & Mason, Anthropologie, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales + more.
