Nishika Silva

Nishika Silva is a Senior Business Analyst at ZeroBeta since July 2022, with a background in business analysis and extensive involvement in Rotaract organizations. Nishika has served as a member of the Rotaract Club of Alumni of University of Moratuwa and previously held positions within the Rotaract District 3220 and the Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa, including Assistant District Secretary and Coordinator for Membership, where Nishika successfully managed membership operations for over 8000 active members and chartered nine new clubs. Nishika also excelled as Vice President of Administration, guiding the club to recognition as the Most Outstanding Rotaract Club of RID 3220 and demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills throughout various roles, including in the Electrical Engineering field during an academic career at the University of Moratuwa.
