Delene Taylor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Rotary Club of Louisville since November 2021, Delene oversees one of the largest Rotary clubs globally. As a Founding Board Member of Canopy Kentucky since October 2018, Delene is committed to fostering socially conscious businesses in the state. Previous roles include Marketing Director at DMLO CPAs, where Delene played a key role in enhancing the firm's marketing and business development efforts, and various positions at McCauley Nicolas, CPAs & Advisors, contributing to significant workplace recognitions. Delene's earlier career includes finance and accounting leadership at Merritt Hawkins, Destination Maternity Corp, and Arthur Andersen & Company, following an educational background in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

The purpose of our organization is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
