Rotary District 5240 is made up of over 3000 members, from 69 Rotary clubs, in the 4 California counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, & Kern within the United States. We meet regularly to not only form bonds and friendships, but we also strive to improve lives locally and around the world.
