Donna Lee Gulley

Donna Lee Gulley has extensive experience in volunteer leadership and education, with a significant tenure at Rotary District 6440 since April 2004, holding multiple roles including Major Donor Development Chair and District Grant Secretary. Gulley has contributed to various initiatives promoting literacy and international humanitarian efforts, particularly through trips to Guatemala, India, and Nigeria. Additionally, Gulley serves as Board Secretary for Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook and is a volunteer representative for ShelterBox USA, providing disaster relief. Gulley’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from Governors State University and a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Northern Illinois University, complemented by years of experience as a counselor and educator in various school districts.
