Aja Castillo

Aja Castillo is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Global People & Culture/DEI at Rotary International since 2015. In this role, Aja partners with business units to facilitate strategic and succession planning, professional development, and change management, while promoting a positive workplace culture. Previously, Aja contributed as a Talent Acquisition Partner, playing a key role in recruiting for a humanitarian-focused organization. Aja’s career at Rotary International began in 1999 as a Donor Services Coordinator, managing communications and support for various international territories. Aja holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from American InterContinental University, along with a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
