Dr. Todd Jenkins

Dr. Todd Jenkins is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving as the Deputy Chief EDI Officer at the American Psychological Association since June 2025. As the Founder and Executive Inclusion, Talent, & HR Strategist of Bowtie Leadership & Development, INC. since January 2011, Dr. Jenkins specializes in enhancing organizational productivity through inclusive leadership training. Current roles also include Senior Researcher in Racial Equity and Skills First Talent at Harvard Business School, and various advisory positions at Rotary International and the North America Youth Exchange Network. Dr. Jenkins' previous experience includes a role as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at The Clorox Company, Vice President of Global DEI at CBRE, and Special DEI Advisor to the City of Bentonville Mayor. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Administration from the University of Arkansas, a Post Doctoral Program at Harvard University, and an Executive Education program at Harvard Kennedy School.
