Karen Couture

Karen Couture is an experienced product manager currently serving at Rotary International since April 2022, where responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for Data Management and overseeing the implementation of a new CRM tool. Prior to this, Karen held the position of Program Manager at UL LLC from October 2012 to April 2022, managing the Customer Information Team and acting as the Global Process Owner of Customer Master. Karen's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Data Management Director at Ipsos/Synovate, focusing on custom data processing for client studies, and as Supervisor of Data Preparation at Sheldon I. Dorenfest & Associates, where quality assurance of market research was a key responsibility. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Chemistry from Marquette University, awarded in 1990.
