Michele Berg

Michele A. Berg, CAE, currently serves as the Deputy General Secretary (Chief Operating Officer) at Rotary International, where responsibilities include overseeing global operations, strategic planning, talent management for 800 employees, and facilities management of the LEED Gold Certified headquarters in Evanston, Illinois. Previously, Michele held the position of Chief Programs & Member Services Officer, managing vital functions that support Rotary members, including membership development and financial oversight of $150 million. Early in the career, Michele served as the Director of Education for the World Airline Entertainment Association at SmithBucklin, where leadership involved the development and marketing of educational initiatives. Academic credentials include a BA in Italian from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA in International Business & Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
