Namita Virmani

Namita Virmani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Namita is currently working at Rotary International as an IT Delivery Lead, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from July 2021 to January 2022, and as a Business Analyst from September 2017 to July 2021, both at Rotary International.

Before joining Rotary International, Namita worked as a Business Consultant at Freelance Consultant from June 2013 to February 2018. Namita also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from June 2011 to January 2013. Prior to that, they served as a Summer Intern at GENPACT from April 2010 to June 2010.

Namita's early career involved working as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2006 to 2009. Throughout their career, Namita has gained valuable expertise in IT delivery, business analysis, and consulting.

Namita Virmani has a diverse education background. Namita completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from College of Engineering Roorkee from 2002 to 2006. Their schooling was completed at St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun, where they obtained ISC certification from 1995 to 2001. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2021, Agile Analysis Certification from IIBA in 2021, and ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021. Namita also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and certifications in Google Analytics, Content Marketing, and Inbound from Google and HubSpot in 2017 respectively.
