Ken Kabanga

Ken Kabanga is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT service delivery and support. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Lead at CloudFactory since January 2022, Ken previously held the role of Outsource IT Service Delivery Lead at SAT CONSULT from June 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Ken was the Information Technology Support Team Lead at Computech Limited for nearly a decade and served as the IT Support Lead and Administrator for Novo Nordisk, focusing on operations across Kenya and Nigeria. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Airtel Kenya, overseeing IT support for shops and regions, and serving as an IT Support Specialist at Kenya Airways. Ken holds a Higher Diploma in Information Technology from Inorero University.
