Otilia Montano

Otilia "Charo" Montano has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Otilia "Charo" worked as the VP of Marketing & Events at ROTH Capital Partners starting in 2014. Before that, they served as the Corporate Access Manager at the same company. Prior to ROTH Capital Partners, they were a Managing Director at C.K. Cooper & Company for ten years. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Inflight Service Manager at Copa Airlines, where they were responsible for flight scheduling and various other tasks. Before that, they worked as an Analyst at Banco General and as a Business Development Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants.

Otilia "Charo" Montano holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, which they pursued from 1990 to 1995. Otilia "Charo" also possesses a certification in Series 99 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
