Gail Ferrari has worked in the staffing industry for over 20 years. Gail started their career as the Managing Director of On-Premise at Interim/Spherion from 1995 to 1997. Gail then joined Ultimate Staffing Services in 1998 as the Director of Strategic Solutions. Since 2017, Gail has been working at Roth Staffing as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions, where they develop customized employment solutions for organizations with large-scale workforce needs.
