Jennifer Jech Simonson

Jennifer Jech Simonson has extensive experience in the legal field, specifically in labor and employment. Jennifer started their career as a Summer Associate at Alschuler, Grossman & Pines, where they gained experience in complex commercial litigation and employment law. Jennifer then worked as a Litigation Associate at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP, where they focused on labor and employment cases and gained experience in drafting motions, conducting discovery, and taking depositions. Jennifer later joined Allen Matkins Leck Gamble & Mallory LLP as a Labor and Employment Associate, where they further developed their skills in counseling and advising employers, including drafting policies and executive employment agreements. Currently, Jennifer serves as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Roth Staffing Companies, L.P., overseeing legal, risk management, and human resources functions for the company.

Jennifer Jech Simonson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCLA from 1989 to 1992. Jennifer then pursued their legal studies and obtained a J.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1993 to 1996.
