Rose Davies

Rose Davies has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Rose began their career as an HR Manager at Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd., a global pharmaceutical company, where they played a crucial role in establishing the Human Resources Department and implementing various HR systems and processes. Rose worked at Daiichi Sankyo from 1996 to 2003.

Afterwards, Rose became a freelance HR Consultant/Advisor and founded their own company, Rose Davies HR Consulting. Rose provided HR advice and support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on employee relations, contracts, policies, recruitment, and performance management.
