Nicole Shaw

Nicole Shaw has held various roles at Rothbury Insurance Brokers from February 2012 to present, currently serving as Head of People Analytics and previously as a Senior Business Partner in People & Culture, HR Advisor, and HR Administrator, where responsibilities included delivering HR services and supporting the strategic development of HR across New Zealand. Prior to Rothbury, Nicole worked as Administration Support at the Electoral Enrolment Centre from July 2009 to December 2011. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (BCA) with a focus on Management and Human Resource Management from Victoria University of Wellington, and completed the Professional Legal Studies Course at The College of Law New Zealand in 2012. Education was preceded by attendance at Havelock North High School from 2002 to 2006.
