Gina Favara

Gina Favara, M.S., is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rothco since February 2017, Gina has previously held positions as Human Resources Coordinator at Luxottica Group from 2015 to 2017 and Human Resources Administrator at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Adelphi University and two Master's degrees, one in Human Resources Management and Services from St. Joseph's University New York and another in Secondary Education and Teaching from Adelphi University.
