Elizabeth Hale

Elizabeth Hale is an experienced Program Manager currently serving as the NASA eMITS Program Manager at Rothe Development Inc since July 2017. Previously, Elizabeth held various program management roles involving contracts with NASA, including MESC Baseline B & IDIQ Program Manager and JOIST Program Manager at the Johnson Space Center. Prior to these positions, Elizabeth worked as a Project Manager at Chevron/PCubed and as a Change Management/Project Manager at the American Bureau of Shipping, where significant contributions were made in establishing Organizational Change Management within the ABS PMO. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes leading a team at Bonus Software Corporation to develop a financial reporting application and serving as a Software Engineer at Raytheon, contributing to the Space Station Training Facility. Elizabeth Hale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
