Greg Minns

Greg Minns is a highly experienced environmental health practitioner currently serving as the Principal Environmental Health Officer at Rother District Council, managing the Pollution Team for both Rother and Wealden District Councils since May 2016. Previously, Greg held the role of Senior Environmental Health Officer, specializing in Community Protection, including investigations of anti-social behavior and nuisance. Prior to this, Greg worked for Brighton and Hove City Council, managing over 300 complex Environmental Protection cases, and held positions at Rother District Council and Microzone Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control, an MSc in Environmental Health, a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology and Genetics, and an MSc focused on the conservation of plant genetic resources.
