Will Wright

Will Wright currently serves as the Head of Property at Rother District Council, overseeing a strategic asset management plan and addressing various legacy matters. Previously, at H Properties, Will managed the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street and enhanced the experience for office occupiers. As a Senior Asset Manager at Cadogan, Will was responsible for a £1 billion portfolio encompassing significant assets in Chelsea. Will's extensive experience also includes a role as Assistant Director at the City of London Corporation, where management of development projects and heritage structures was paramount. Will's earlier career involved positions at Deloitte Real Estate and The Mercers' Company, focusing on asset management, portfolio development, and commercial property. Education includes a Master's in Property Valuation and Law from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's in Geography from Newcastle University.
