Nand Sharma

Nand Sharma's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Nand began in 2014 as an Investment Banking Associate at Citi, focusing on technology. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Associate in Private Equity for Koch Equity Investments, specializing in TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) and software investments. During this time, they were involved in major deals such as Infor, the third-largest ERP software player in the USA.

In 2016, Nand served on the board of directors for Infor, Guardian Industries, and GlobalLogic. In 2017, they joined Partners Group as a Private Equity Investor, specifically focusing on TMT and Business Services. Nand'sresponsibilities in that role continued until 2020, when they transitioned to Juvare as a Select Investment professional. Later in 2020, they moved to Rothschild & Co as a Managing Director/Partner, leading their Software Private Equity activities in North America.

Nand Sharma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Econometrics/Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Infrastructure/Transportation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
