Subhakanta Bal

Subhakanta Bal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, currently serving as a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co since July 2007, and previously held the position of Director at the same firm. Before joining Rothschild & Co, Subhakanta worked as an Associate at Kotak Investment Bank from June 2006 to June 2007 and completed a summer internship at Citigroup Global Corporate and Investment Banking in 2005. Subhakanta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, earned between 2004 and 2006, and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2000 to 2004.
