Chad Schlett, CFA, MADS has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Chad began their career as a Finance Co-Op at Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance in 2012, where they played a key role in organizing and submitting financial records and reconciling balances. Chad then worked as a Financial Analyst and Healthcare Sector Manager for D'Artagnan Capital Fund at Xavier University Student Investment Fund in 2012 and 2013, analyzing securities and creating valuation models. Following this, they served as a Legal Extern at Debtors Legal Clinic in 2013, conducting research and preparing legal memorandums. In 2014, Chad started working at Rothschild Investment LLC, where they progressed from Junior Analyst to Vice President. In their roles at Rothschild, they conducted municipal bond analysis, served on the Alternative Investment Committee, and worked as a Portfolio Strategist, analyzing investment opportunities, creating allocation proposals, and managing client portfolios. Chad Schlett, CFA, MADS, has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. Chad completed a Master's degree in Applied Data Science (MADS) at the University of Michigan - School of Information from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Chad achieved the prestigious CFA Charterholder designation by passing all three levels of the CFA Program on the first attempt through the CFA Institute from 2015 to 2017.
In 2013, Chad attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and a minor in Economics from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. Chad also pursued further education in business law by completing the 1L program at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2014.
Chad broadened their academic horizons by participating in the Xavier University Greece Study Abroad Program in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Bowling Green State University-Firelands from 2008 to 2010.

Chad became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder in April 2018 through the CFA Institute. Chad also holds certifications such as the Equity Research Analyst Certificate from AnalystSolutions, the Equity Trader Limited Representative (Series 55) from FINRA, the Uniform Securities Agent/Investment Adviser (Series 66) from FINRA, and the General Securities Representative (Series 7) from FINRA.
