Erin Dixon Koenig

Erin Dixon Koenig currently serves as the Director of Omni-Channel Media at Rothy's since May 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Director of Growth Marketing at Thrive Market in early 2023 and was the Director of Performance Marketing at Old Navy from May 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading the conversion paid media strategy across North America. Prior experience also includes roles at Gap Inc. as Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, overseeing Global Paid Social and Programmatic Display strategies, as well as various positions at SEPHORA, including Manager of Paid Social & Video and Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing. Erin's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and further studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
