Marie Satterfield

Marie Satterfield is the current Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Rothy's. Marie has held this position since May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Charlotte Russe from June 2014 to May 2019. Before that, they were an Associate General Counsel at Sephora from July 2008 to June 2014.

Marie began their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins in October 2003, where they practiced domestic and international capital markets/corporate finance transactions, general corporate and securities compliance matters. Marie represented U.S. and international public and private companies and investment banks in transactions including initial public offerings, equity and debt offerings, venture capital financings, joint ventures, exchange offers and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to their time at Latham & Watkins, Marie was a Summer Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher from January 2002 to December 2002 and at Allen & Overy from January 2002 to December 2002. Marie also worked as a Summer Associate at Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May from January 2001 to December 2001.
