Zoë Richards

Zoë Richards is a seasoned communications and public relations professional with extensive experience in strategic brand management. Currently serving as Director of Communications and Public Relations at Rothy's since December 2019, Zoë has previously held positions as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to Rothy's, Zoë worked at Small Girls PR from February 2017 to December 2019, where impactful roles included Senior Account Executive, leading communications for notable heritage brands like Olay and GANT, and providing strategic support to startups including Mejuri. Earlier experience includes working at Timberland in Global PR and Communications. Zoë holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Data Analysis from Roanoke College, complemented by training from the NYU School of Professional Studies.
