Prior to this role, Diane held positions at Iglu Student Accommodation from March 2017 to August 2021, starting as an HR Administrator and working their way up to Talent and People Manager. Diane holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, earned in 2013.
