Michele Kalas is currently the Vice President, Head of People and Culture at Mizzen+Main. With a background in human resources and talent acquisition, Michele has held various leadership roles in companies such as Mattress Firm, Hudson's Bay Company, Saks Fifth Avenue, Brooks Brothers, and Chico's. With a BA in Interior Design/Home Economics from Berea College, Michele has a strong foundation in both creative and business fields.
