Clint Campbell has a diverse work experience. Clint began their career as an Operations Lead at LL Bean in 2011, where they worked until 2014. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Facility Manager at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of Facilities at the Skating Institute Of Rochester, where they worked until 2018. During the same period, they also worked as a Certified Ice Technician at Will Cup Management, LLC. In 2018, Clint joined Rotork as a Contract Administrator and later became a Site Service Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Project Lead at Rotork.

Clint Campbell earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management & Physical Education from SUNY Brockport from 2009 to 2011.
