Cynthia Ott

Cynthia Ott is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for the Americas at Rotork since October 2022, Cynthia previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at MSS Solutions, LLC, where Cynthia developed the HR function to support strategic growth. Prior roles include Regional HR Manager and Vice President of Human Resources for North America at A.P. Moller - Maersk, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Black & Decker. Cynthia began her career in HR leadership roles at RR Donnelley and Cenveo, with a foundational career start at Flair Filtration. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Clemson University and a Masters in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
