Kate Berry

Kate Berry has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kate currently holds the position of Global Head of HR at Rotork since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional HR Manager EMEA at Rotork from December 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Rotork, Kate served as the People Director at Mulberry England in 2022. Kate was responsible for advancing diversity goals and leading the strategic development of the People plans. Kate has also worked at Dyson, where they held various HR roles, including Head of HR Western Europe, Senior HR Business Partner Germany & Benelux, HR Business Partnering Lead RDD, and HR Business Partner Europe. At Dyson, they contributed to the company's growth and success through strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives. Kate also gained experience at BP and Kraft Foods UK & Ireland in different HR roles. Kate started their career with various HR administrator roles at Northern Foods, Morrison's, and Allianz Insurance. Overall, Kate Berry has a rich background in HR leadership and strategic development, with a focus on driving business performance and fostering organizational growth.

Kate Berry has a BA Joint Honours degree in European Studies and German from the University of Leeds. Kate also holds a PgDip (CIPD) degree in Human Resources Management from both the University of West London and the University of Gloucestershire. Additionally, Kate has obtained several certifications, including CIPD Chartered Member, CIPD Employment Law Practitioner, Discovery Insights Accreditation, Hays Job Evaluation Methodology, MBTI Accreditation, Situational Leadership II, and Towers Watson Job Evaluation Methodology.
