Arto Ruuska is an experienced project manager currently overseeing geothermal projects at Rototec since October 2022, focusing on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Arto managed B2B sales and project operations at Lumon Suomi, completing over 100 balcony glazing projects with a high customer satisfaction score. Arto's career began in production management at Crimppi OY, overseeing a large team and enhancing production efficiency, followed by a role as a project engineer at Uwira Oy, where contributions included significant improvements in documentation processes. Arto holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Engineering from Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Sciences.
