Linnea Emery is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades of expertise in various HR roles. Since March 2010, Linnea has served as the Human Resources Manager at Robinson Oil Corporation, overseeing strategic planning, employee relations, benefits, compensation, employee development, recruiting, and safety. Prior to this position, Linnea provided contract HR consulting services to Silicon Valley start-ups from 2000 to 2010, focusing on departmental set-up, management coaching, and training, among other tasks.
