Joyce Gardner

Joyce Gardner serves as the CFO and Director of Strategy, HR, and Data at Rotterdam The Hague Airport since March 2022, overseeing areas such as innovation, sustainability, finance, and people culture. Prior to this role, Joyce held several positions at Schiphol from September 2010 to March 2022, including International Business Development Manager, Group & International Strategy Advisor, and Product Owner for the mobile app team, contributing to Schiphol's international strategy, digital transformation, and passenger services management. Joyce's career began as a Revenue Analyst at KLM in 2008. Educational qualifications include a cum laude Master’s in International Financial Management from the University of Groningen and a cum laude Master’s in Economics & Business from Uppsala University, along with a Bachelor’s in Management & Economics.
