Mark Visser is an accomplished aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Airport Operations at Rotterdam The Hague Airport since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director Crew Service Hub at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from April 2021 to September 2023, overseeing the complete crew journey for both cockpit and cabin staff. Earlier experience includes serving as Pricing Director at Air France-KLM, where Mark led the pricing strategy for KLM’s European network, and various positions within KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, including Director Training Facilities and Unit Manager Preparation & Disruption. Mark's career began with a management trainee program at KLM, following internships at Boeing Research & Technology Europe and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mark holds an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering and a P degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
