Richard Broekman has extensive experience in vessel planning and coordination within the shipping and logistics industry. Currently serving as a vessel planner at Rotterdam World Gateway B.V. since June 2015, Richard previously held roles as a vessel coordinator at MOL Europe and as a vessel planner at APM Terminals, where additional responsibilities included yard/tower dispatching and gate clerking. Richard's career began at Hoogewerf de Rijke Seaport as a checker, stowplan maker, gate clerk, and administrator. Early experiences include traineeships at Bell Lines and Tank Terminal Rotterdam. Richard holds educational qualifications from Angelus Merula Havo and the Harbour and Transport College in Rotterdam.
