Tobias Johansson

Tobias Johansson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Tobias started their career in 1999 as a Konstruktör at A-plast AB, where they worked until 2001. During the same time, they also worked as a Lärare i CAD och ritteknik at KompetensDesign i Småland AB. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Research And Development Engineer at Teknikcentrum Kronoberg TEC, and also as a Lärare i CAD at Teknikum i Växjö.

In 2005, Tobias joined Semcon as a Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2006. Tobias then moved to Rottne Industri AB, where they held multiple roles. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Project Development Manager, leading various projects. Tobias then transitioned to the role of Manager of Product Development, where they were responsible for managing the development of new products. In 2015, Tobias was promoted to Vice vd, and in 2017, they became the VD / CEO of Rottne Industri AB.
