Robert Braga

Robert Braga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development, particularly in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Development Manager for Plastics at Rough Country since May 2022, Robert previously held roles as a Senior Design Engineer at AscendX Concepts and a Senior Design Engineer for Cab Interior at Daimler Trucks North America. As Owner of Automotive Design Engineering since August 2005, Robert provides CAD services for the hot rod industry. Robert's leadership and expertise were also demonstrated as President of Liberty Products, where innovative light-duty truck and Jeep accessories were developed. Other notable experience includes a significant tenure at Bushwacker, Inc. as Engineering Manager focused on aftermarket automotive components, and a mechanical designer position at Bose Corporation designing audio components for the OEM automotive market. Robert holds experience with various design processes, patents, and manufacturing techniques, and is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and Assabet Valley Regional Vocational High School.
