Bethany Weston is an experienced scientist specializing in innovation within the biotechnology sector, currently serving as an Innovation Scientist at RoukenBio since November 2025. Prior to this role, Bethany held several positions at TC BioPharm, progressing from Research Assistant to Product Development Scientist and finally to Product Development Senior Scientist from October 2018 to September 2025.
