Fernando Lumbreras

Fernando Lumbreras is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Analyst at Round Hill Capital since January 2022, Fernando specializes in real estate private equity. Prior roles include Investment Analyst at Stoneweg, S.A. focusing on real estate debt, and M&A Off-cycle Analyst positions at Alantra and Oaklins. Additionally, Fernando gained experience as a Summer Intern in M&A/Corporate Development at Ferrovial Airports and Asset Management at Rothschild & Co. Early experience includes internships in Capital Markets and GCS at CBRE. Fernando holds a degree in Finance from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, complemented by a French Exchange Program, and is a graduate of Lycée Français de Madrid.
