Jill Hanson Rainford

Jill has 19 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Her career includes 15 years working at international law firms both in the US and the UK. Prior to joining Round Hill Capital, Jill ran the start-up program for the business law department of an international law firm in London, as well as counselling multiple clients on large M&A and private equity cross border transactions.

Jill received a BA from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate with distinction from Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
