Laura brings over 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management to the firm, covering both mature and emerging markets, multiple jurisdictions and different industries including professional services, banking and asset management. Laura has held senior Human Capital roles with HSBC, PwC and most recently with Invesco. Laura has a broad generalist Human Capital background with expertise in organisational development, change management and business partnering.

Laura is responsible for the people function for Round Hill on a global basis.

Laura has MA in Human Resource Management from University of Newcastle and is a member of CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development
