Rajit Dass

Rajit Dass has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Rajit currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Round Hill Capital since 2022. Previously, Rajit worked as the Head of Sales Institutional International (ex DACH) at CORESTATE Capital Group from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Director at CBRE Capital Advisors Ltd - Equity Placement from 2012 to 2020. Rajit also worked at Matrix Group Limited as an Assistant Director, specializing in real estate finance, from 2010 to 2012. Before joining Matrix Group, they worked as an Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis from 2005 to 2010. Rajit's early career includes experiences as a Consultant at Deloitte UK from 2002 to 2004 and an Analyst at Arthur Andersen from 2001 to 2002. Overall, Rajit has a diverse background and expertise in real estate finance and sales, having held various senior positions in reputable companies.

Rajit Dass completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration from Kings College London, which took place from 1998 to 2001. In 2013, they pursued Executive Education at Harvard Business School in Strategic Financial Analysis for Business Valuation. Additionally, they obtained the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from ICAEW in September 2004.
