Katie Wiley

Katie Wiley was appointed Chief Strategy Officer for Round Room in January 2019. Katie began her career at Round Room as the legal counsel for TCC, after transitioning from private practice and a stint with Closure Systems International. In her time with TCC, she helped to build the in-house legal team from the ground up, eventually being named Chief Legal Officer for all of the Round Room companies. During Katie's time as the Chief Legal Officer, she was responsible for overseeing not only the Legal function, but also Human Resources, Compliance and Ethics, TCC's Real Estate, Maintenance, Construction and Facilities teams and mergers and acquisitions. Through each of these elements of her role, Katie has played a major part in the growth of Round Room, which is now a $2 billion-dollar company with over 2,300 employees across the nation and an expanding group of portfolio companies.

Not only is she dedicated to our business, Katie has been on the board of directors for The Children's TherAplay Foundation for over 11 years, serving on the Executive Committee for more than half of that time and having acted as Vice President and President. This organization performs physical and occupational therapy for children with special needs, using horses to perform the therapy. Further, over the past year, Katie has energetically supported the homeless community of Indianapolis. She developed a passion for this cause and has since created over 1000 "blessing bags" filled with necessities and hand delivered to those in need.

A graduate of Purdue University with a B.A. in Communications, with Highest Distinction, Katie earned her J.D. Law, Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University School of Law. Katie and her husband, Justin, live in Westfield with their two boys.
