Paola Francisquini

Director Of Community Partnerships at Roundabout Theatre

Paola Francisquini has a diverse work experience in the arts and cultural sector. Paola is currently the Director of Community Partnerships at Roundabout Theatre Company. Prior to this, they worked independently as an Arts Consultant, where they focused on resource mobilization for non-profit cultural organizations and independent artists. Paola also served as a Development Consultant at AnnexB, where they formulated resource mobilization plans and managed fundraising activities. Additionally, Paola has experience as an Art Fair Liaison at Jaqueline Martins Elyon Galeria De Arte, a Rose Nagelberg Program Fellow at Baruch Performing Arts Center, and a Stylist for private clients. Paola also worked as a Freelance Special Events Coordinator at Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and as a Stylist for Calypso St. Barth. Paola started their career as an Assistant Archivist at Bortolami Gallery.

Paola Francisquini completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation at the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2009. Paola then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration at Baruch College from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they also attended Ghent University for a short period to further their studies in Arts Administration.
