Phil Grant

Phil first joined RML Group in 2000 as IT Programmer after studying Programming at Northumbria University. He became IT Manager in 2004, Head of IT in 2010, and then Head of Research & Development in 2017. He prides himself on his hands-on approach to his work, and over the years has worked in every area of the business, designing systems that are truly tailored to the needs of each department.
