Lalit Adwani

Lalit Adwani has a strong background in taxation and finance. Lalit is currently serving as the Head of Taxation and Payroll Finance at RoundGlass since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Finance Manager - Taxation at Hindustan Unilever for 13 years, from December 2007 to December 2020. Before that, Lalit worked as a Manager - Taxation and Insurance at Huntsman International (India) Private Limited from July 2006 to December 2007. Lalit also gained experience as a Senior Executive at Ciba Specialty Chemicals from May 2005 to July 2006.

Lalit Adwani has pursued the degree of Chartered Accountant with a specialization in Tax Law/Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, Lalit has also attended Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University, although the specific degree name and field of study are unknown.
