Rachael Lund

Rachael Lund currently serves as the Head of Visitor Experience at Roundhouse Trust, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael was the Executive Producer of Learning Operations at Imperial War Museums from April 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Learning and National Programmes Department, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with various policies. Rachael also worked at The National Gallery from May 2018 to April 2020 as Learning Operations Manager, focusing on departmental efficiency and strategic development. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at The Ambassador Theatre Group, overseeing operational leadership and financial management for a large team, as well as a Deputy Manager role at the same organization. Rachael holds degrees in Theatre Studies and Dance and a Certificate in Contemporary Dance from London Contemporary Dance School.
