Tina Ramdeen

Associate Director Of Young People at Roundhouse Trust

Tina Ramdeen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth engagement and community development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Young People and Head of Youth Policy and Engagement at Roundhouse Trust since January 2019, Tina has previously held significant roles including Senior Programme Manager and Regional Head of Programmes - NCS at The Challenge from November 2016 to December 2018. Prior to that, Tina was a Senior Project Manager at UpRising Leadership and the Youth Arts Development Manager at Brent Council, where Tina worked from January 2008 to April 2016. Tina's foundational experience includes positions as an Education Welfare Officer at Barnet Council and a Secondary School Teacher at Capital City Academy. Tina holds a Master of Arts in Youth Work and Community Development from De Montfort University, a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and a JNC Professional Youth Work Qualification endorsed by the Endorsement and Quality Standard.
