Stephanie Reilly

Stephanie Reilly, CIPP-US, CIPP-E, CIPM, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract law and technology-related transactions. Currently serving as a Consulting Attorney at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation since July 2019, Stephanie specializes in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating information technology and general commercial contracts. Prior to this role, Stephanie was Senior Counsel at Wyndham Destinations from June 2013 to July 2019, where guidance was provided on the procurement of IT products and services while collaborating with senior leadership on transactional strategies. Stephanie also contributed significantly as Senior Counsel at MicroStrategy from March 1996 to March 2001, establishing the contract department during the company's growth from a start-up to a publicly traded firm. Stephanie began her legal career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Sharron A. FitzGerald, focusing on family law. Stephanie holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Government from Smith College.
